Method

- Place nori on rolling mat, spread rice thinly leaving edges free.
- Arrange avocado slices across rice center.
- Roll tightly using mat, seal edge with water.
- Slice roll into 4 equal pieces using a sharp wet knife.
- Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
