  • Add shredded jackfruit and cook for 5 minutes.

  • Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Mash jackfruit slightly with a spoon to create a pulled texture.

Make the Slaw:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cabbage and carrots.
  • Add vegan mayo, vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss until well coated and set aside.

Assemble the Sandwiches:
