Ingredients
  

  • 1 large bunch kale about 150g, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Wash and thoroughly dry kale pieces.
  3. Toss kale with olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Spread kale evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are crispy but not burnt.
  6. Let cool briefly before serving for maximum crunch.
