Stir in lemon juice and nutritional yeast; cook another 2 minutes.
Roll out pizza dough on floured surface to 12-inch circle.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving edges bare.
Evenly distribute the jackfruit mixture over the sauce.
Sprinkle vegan mozzarella generously on top.
Bake on a tray or pizza stone for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese melted.
Remove, scatter fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve immediately.
