Ingredients
  

For Guacamole:
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For Tortilla Chips:
  • 6 corn tortillas cut into triangles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) for chips.
  2. Toss tortilla triangles in olive oil and salt; spread evenly on baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway until crisp.
  4. In a bowl, mash avocados until creamy but chunky.
  5. Stir in tomato, onion, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
  6. Serve guacamole alongside warm, crispy chips immediately.
