Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a bowl, whisk almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix gently but thoroughly.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Try not to eat all the dough.
- Scoop into 12 cookies on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 11–13 minutes until golden at the edges.
- Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring.
- Eat. Smile. Pretend it was hard work.
