Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas or canned, rinsed
  • 1/2 small red onion thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas and sliced red onion.
  2. Add lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper.
