Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mash bananas with a fork until smooth.
Add sugar, plant milk, oil, and vanilla to the bananas. Whisk until blended.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Slowly add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in the chopped walnuts. Do not overmix—this isn't CrossFit.
Pour batter into the loaf pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Slice, serve, and pretend you didn’t eat three pieces in a row.
