- Plant-based milk — ½ cup
- Maple syrup — ⅓ cup
- Coconut oil melted — ⅓ cup
- Vanilla extract — 1 teaspoon
- All-purpose flour — 1½ cups
- Baking soda — 1 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon — 1½ teaspoons
- Ground nutmeg — ½ teaspoon
- Ground cloves — ¼ teaspoon
- Salt — ¼ teaspoon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line loaf pan.
