  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup vegan chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line baking sheet with parchment because we’re not here to scrub.
  2. Mix almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, and salt in one bowl like a mature adult.
  3. In another bowl, whisk coconut sugar, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla.
  4. Combine dry and wet mixtures and stir until dough appears (like magic).
  5. Fold in those dreamy chocolate chips—be generous, it’s self-care.
  6. Scoop dough into 12 little love drops onto your baking tray.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges look golden and deliciously extra.
