Ingredients

- 1 block 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For the Salad:
- 4 cups mixed greens

- ¼ cup Kalamata olives pitted and halved
